The Anticline

The Anticline, a limited edition stove top espresso maker crafted
from cast aluminum, features undulating contours that capture the
dynamic quality of geological formations. Its flowing lines evoke a
sense of movement and fluidity, mirroring the continuous curvature of
an anticline.

Both the pot and the geological anticline express a balance of tension
and release, suggesting potential energy and the interplay of forces.
This shared vitality highlights the connection between the sculptural
form of the vessel and the natural formation it reflects.

Each piece is hand made and assembled by Max and I in the Brooklyn studio.  If you are local to the NYC area, we would happily ride our bikes to deliver it to you in person if you want.  Just send an email to sales@cultivationobjects.com after placing the order.  This method helps keep the carbon footprint as small as possible.
